I have not idea. But I don’t think there would be any life on earth. The earth is almost 4.5 billion years old and humans have been seeking for a tiny fraction of that time.

I think from far away, say as far as the moon, the earth will look exactly the same. Close up, I think it will look completely different. A million years ago, humans didn’t really exist at all, and there were certainly no roads or cities or anything like that. If things were so different a million years ago, we should expect them to be at least as different as that a million years in the future. A million years is also a long time for us to evolve in, and fashions will be different, and maybe we’ll be able to do weird things to our bodies by then, which would be part of the fashion too. I like thinking about questions like this, which is part of the reason I like Sci Fi books and films.
