  this sounds selfish but i would like a big promotion so my wife wouldn’t have to go to work and would be able to look after our baby. she goes back to work soon and she doesn’t want to but we have bills to pay. this does sound off putting but this is the fact of life these days. on a lighter note i’m working on developing a HIV detection assay where i will be able to tell a doctor which drugs will not work against the HIV virus their patient has.
