• Question: would you like to be a science teacher and why?

      One day I think I will! I love science and I love teaching, because younger people like you ask great questions and it’s great to have the human interaction part of a job (it’s only so much fun talking to glass bottles in the lab!)

      But I’d like to get a bit more practical lab work done first, so I have some good stories to tell before I teach anyone 🙂

      I wouldn’t like to be a teacher. I’m not sure I would enjoy it as I think I would be teaching the same thing every year.

      I think I might go back to it at some point, because learning is such a cool thing, and being a teacher can be really fun when it’s like a proper discussion where everybody is working things out and helping each other.
